Information we store

We store account contact details, website content and images, orders and payment references, dashboard messages, website enquiries and an activity history. Passwords are stored as hashes. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by PagePod.

How we use it

We use information to provide the website service, process orders, manage hosting, support customers and deliver enquiries to website owners. Public website content is published only when the website owner publishes it.

Cookies

Account pages use essential session cookies for sign-in, forms and security. This release does not add analytics or advertising cookies to customer websites.

Enquiries and requests

Website enquiries are available to the website owner. Contact the business directly about its use of enquiry information. Contact PagePod support to request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information. We retain operational records while needed to deliver the service and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
